I use the BAGS meetings greyhound form on Betfair. Each individual dog,last two races (not trials) over the same distance as present race. Give 3 points for a win, 2 for a second and 1for a third. Then go to form figures above the race( Course winner etc). Add 1 point each time a dog is mentioned. Dog with least points is the lay. If two dogs tie look at times of their last two races( not trials). Dog with highest average time is the lay. Some lay prices are prohibitive, but often, as the prices are declared early, there are some to take advantage of. I have a limit of 6.0. I can't give figures because I don't keep records.
